ARHAM Consultancy ("ARHAM", "we", "us") collects the information you provide through conversations with the ARHAM Companion, contact and demo forms, and product usage, in order to operate, improve, and secure our services, and to route qualified opportunities to our sales team.

We do not sell personal data. Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) under access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting arhamcon910@gmail.com.

Conversations with the ARHAM Companion (text or voice) are processed by our AI provider to generate responses and are used to build the discovery summary shared with our sales team when you choose to continue with us; voice audio is transcribed in your browser and is not stored as an audio file.
